 Sales tax will only apply to residents of the California. Tax will not be charged to addresses in other US states or on international orders. Please note that for international shipments custom's duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
 We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please call in with your credit card number after you place your order. We keep your credit card on file for future orders. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to: Spring Wind Herbs, Inc.
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. Â All shipping methods are charged according to the cost of the shipping per weight. For small orders USPS is often the most economical choice. Since our products are of different sizes, exact shipping charge may differ slightly from the displayed price. If there is any substantial difference we will contact you to okay the charge.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once we receive your order. If your order is shipped by UPS ground please allow six business days (i.e., days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for delivery. We at Spring Wind Herbs are proud of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any unopened item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. We suggest you contact us before returning the item. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item so that we can continue to improve our products and service. Depending on the item being returned, we might charge a 15% restock fee if needed. We will confirm with you if that is the case for your item. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you mailed a check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning items.Â
If an item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email or telephone of the situation and given an option of canceling the out-of-stock item or back-ordering it. For international orders, we will e-mail to notify you of the missing items and to confirm the balance of your order.
