Shipping Information

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. All shipping methods are charged according to the cost of the shipping calculated according to the weight of your order. For small orders USPS is often the most economical choice. The total cost of goods and the estimated cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed. Please note that the displayed cost of shipping is only an estimate and not the actual amount that will be charged. The actual amount will be reflected on the Invoice sent to you. You are not charged for your order right away just by placing your order on our website. We charge you only after knowing the actual cost of shipping for your order. 

Free Shipping

Spring Wind offers free shipping for granule, capsule, and tablet orders that have a combined total above $150, and consists only of these three types of products in the order. If a product that is not within the above mentioned three categories is entered into the cart, the free shipping option will not be available. This offer is limited to destinations within the continental United States.


How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once we receive your order. If your order is shipped by UPS ground please allow six business days (i.e., days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for delivery. Return Information

What if I need to return my order? 

We at Spring Wind Herbs are proud of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item so that we can continue to improve our products and service. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you mailed a check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning items.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount (1-2 weeks) of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@springwind.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@springwind.com and send your item to: Spring Wind Herbs , 2401 Merced Street, Suite 105, San Leandro CA 94577, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Spring Wind is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. Please file a claim with the responsible carrier and also file a police report with your local authorities if you believe that the package is stolen.
